​​Please read the following carefully before confirming your place. By registering for our retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. Payment Terms

 

A non-refundable deposit of $1500 AUD is required to secure your place.

The remaining balance is due before the 30th of May.

Payments can be made via Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer.

Payment Plans may be arranged upon written request and within the following parameters:

  • 50% due by 30 of May 2025

  • 100% due by 15th of July 2025

 

Late payments may result in loss of your place without refund.

All payments are non-refunable.

 

2. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

 

All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

• Trip cancellation (for any reason)

• Medical emergencies (including COVID-19)

• Travel delays and lost luggage

 

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.

 

3. Health & Medical Information

 

You must disclose any relevant medical, physical, or mental health conditions at the time of registration. This helps us keep everyone safe and provide the best care possible.

We reserve the right to decline your participation if we believe the retreat may not be suitable for your needs.

 

4. Liability Waiver

 

Participation in the retreat is entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat, including during excursions or activities.

 

5. Code of Conduct

 

Respect for fellow participants, staff, and the local culture is essential. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the retreat without refund.

 

6. Changes to Itinerary

 

Our retreat itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always do our best to provide a comparable and fulfilling experience.

 

7. Room Allocations

 

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you’re sharing a room, you may request to be paired with a friend. Single occupancy may be available for an additional fee. i.e. the Private Room price.

 

8. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for retreat cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, or political unrest.

 

9. Photography & Media

 

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for future promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.

 

10. Minimum Guest Requirement

 

The retreat requires a minimum number of registered guests to proceed.

If we are unable to meet this requirement, all payments made will be fully refunded or credited toward a future retreat.

 

11. Cancellation Policy

 

Your AUD $1500 deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to another guest with approval.

All additional payments are strictly non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else with written approval.

 

In the event of a Bali-wide shutdown or government restriction, all payments will be credited toward a future retreat within 24 months.

 

Please note: This policy aligns with the terms and conditions of our venue and suppliers and is not within our control or discretion.

 

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
