We'd love to welcome you to Bali for our Rebalance Retreat — a restorative experience created to support deep rest, reflection and renewal.
This retreat offers the time, space and gentle guidance to relax deeply, regulate your nervous system and regain the clarity and calm needed to move forward in a more balanced and empowered way.
Held in a supportive and culturally rich environment, the Rebalance Retreat invites you to slow down, soften your pace and reconnect with what genuinely nourishes and inspires you.
Retreat Activities
Sound Healing
A sound healing experience at the Pyramids of Chi to support deep relaxation and inner calm.
Mala Beads Making
A gentle, meditative ritual to support calm and clarity, and create a meaningful keepsake.
Fire Ceremony
A healing ceremony and dinner at the home of a Balinese Mangku (a traditional Balinese temple priest and spiritual guide).
Baliness Cooking Class
A hands-on Balinese cooking class with a local villager, celebrating culture, connection and nourishment
Baliness Reiki
A private Balinese Reiki healing to encourage deep relaxation and restoration.
Relaxing Yoga Classes
3 x 60 minute relaxing yoga in Boutique Havens beautiful elevated yoga shala.
